The Company

Hillrich Care is a recruitment company in the rapidly growing and highly competitive Health & Social Care industry and is looking to add to their existing Sales team in order to further expand the business.

Revenue was zero to £1 million in their first year and now as we are just completing our fourth year, turnover has totalled close to £6m.

The Person

We are looking for a highly, highly driven and highly focused individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.

You will be working alongside the Business Development Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director and responsible for developing existing accounts and reigniting lapsed customer accounts.

These are all ‘warm’ contacts with whom Hillrich currently work with, or have worked with recently.

The Health & Social Care industry has lots of challenges; so working at Hillrich will not be easy.

Pressure is part and parcel of Health & Social Care.

Experience & Skills

Essential experience

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a fast paced sales environment
  • High standard of written and oral presentation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority
  • Ambitious and persistent
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets

The Job

It’s a cross-functional role that will suit someone with the ability to multi-task under pressure.

  • Continually contacting existing and lapsed customers
  • Researching and sourcing potential business opportunities and contacts
  • Developing and maintaining business
  • Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Promoting the organisation’s additional products and services
  • Preparing professional presentations for new clients where required and selling all the features of why they should move their custom over or stay with us
  • Managing on-going business accounts whilst building new relationships
  • Monitoring sales data and account performance
  • Providing reports to management

Working full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm from Head Office in Birstall, you’ll be earning a negotiable basic salary with commission.
